Make sure to schedule some time each week to do something that makes you happy, whether it’s going for a walk, taking a yoga class, or just reading a good book. Here are some other suggestions:

  • Make time for yourself every day. Even if it’s just 10-15 minutes, carve out time each day to do something that you enjoy and makes you feel good. This can be reading, taking a bath, going for a walk, listen to a podcast, or anything else that helps you relax.

  • Simplify your life where possible. Take a look at your schedule and see if there are any areas where you can cut back. Maybe you can outsource some tasks or delegate them to others. Let go of anything that isn’t necessary.
